1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LotCentrify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using LotCentrify on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

LotCentrify is a cloud-based inventory management platform designed for automotive dealerships. The service includes vehicle tracking, VIN decoding, reconditioning workflow management, listing syndication, analytics, and related tools as described on our website.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use LotCentrify, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

• All plans include a 14-day free trial period
• Billing begins at the end of the trial period unless you cancel
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for annual plans
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code or content

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to LotCentrify, including vehicle information, customer data, photos, and business records. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LotCentrify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request a data export prior to termination.
